Welcome to Project Taste and See.

“If I find in myself desires in which nothing in this world can satisfy, the only logical explanation is that I was made for another world.” – C.S. Lewis

Are you new to the Catholic faith? Do you desire to find out more about our Church, and to connect with our communities? You may be curious, questioning, or searching – wherever you are coming from, you are welcome here.

Be bold in your search for the Truth.

Come taste and see the goodness of God at the Office for Young People today.

Our Faith

“Catholic” comes from the greek word Katholikos, which means universal. Universality is an essential character of our Church. It reflects the mandate given to the Church by our Lord Jesus Christ to preach the gospel to all men.

To be a part of the Catholic Church is to belong to the universal body of Christ.

The Mass

Why do Catholics go to Church every Sunday? What is Mass

The Mass is our highest form of prayer and worship.

Prayer

St Teresa of Avila says, “For prayer is nothing else than being on terms of friendship with God.”

What is prayer? How can I begin praying?

Community

The Church is more than a building. It is the people of God, the body of Christ. It is essential that we gather as One body of Christ. Our relationship with God deepens and flourishes when we are together in community.
